The "Before"

Let me take you back to when I was trapped in a constant struggle with food & body. I tried extreme diets, "hacks", & every spare moment was crammed with mental noise about what to eat & how much calories I needed to "burn off". Each time I got off track, I was convinced that it was my fault—

What started as a simple goal to shed a few kilos spiraled into disordered eating, low self-esteem, unwanted weight gain, & a deep dislike for my body.

The Healing

Things got so bad that I knew I couldn't keep harming myself, so I dove into studying the Psychology of Eating, uncovering the true drivers to our unwanted behaviors, and how to heal for good, without restriction or punishment.

It took me many years to come to peace & let go of old coping mechanisms (that were doing more harm than good), but I believe this process is what truly qualifies me to serve you.
