Dieting looks like change, but in truth it’s temporary manipulation that actively harms in the long term.

This course goes beyond food and dieting. It focuses on the emotional and psychological patterns driving your eating habits. By delving into the root causes, you’ll learn tools and practices that fundamentally changes your relationship with food in the long term, which is something that diets will never address.
I don’t have a lot of time. How long will this take?
The course is self-paced, so you can go through the materials in your own time. If you spend just 20 minutes a day, you can complete the course material in just over 2 weeks. However I’d recommend you to go at a pace that allows you to fully reflect on the questions posed, integrate the insights, & do the homework tasks thoroughly.
I’m afraid I might still emotionally eat sometimes. Does that mean I’ve failed?
Not at all! As you’ll learn in detail in the course, emotional eating is physiologically natural. The goal of this course isn’t perfection—it’s accepting imperfection. You’ll learn how to understand your triggers, respond with compassion, & reconnect to your natural rhythm with food.
